Fair-use policy applies: a reasonable maximum file size per video is enforced to prevent abuse. Uploads that exceed the per-file size limit will be rejected with a clear error message.

If something isn't here, write to info@calisto-events.com. We answer within a day, usually faster.
No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link and upload directly from their browser.
No account or email required. Guests can optionally add their name so you know who uploaded what.
We use smart compression so uploads stay fast and reliable. Your photos still look beautiful on phones and the web, while the app keeps everything smooth and snappy.
Organizers delete individual photos or videos from the gallery anytime. Dedicated moderation queues are on the roadmap.
After the event date, the whole album is automatically removed when your plan’s retention ends (7 to 365 days from the event date). You can delete earlier anytime in Settings. Billing details will be spelled out when checkout launches.
